Make an omelette: in the same skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, then pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
Cook until the eggs begin to take around the edges, about 30 seconds, then use a spatula to gently lift the edges, allowing the uncooked egg to drain to the center. Once cooked, add a layer of provolone on one side of the omelette, then garnish the cheese with half of the steak mixture. Cover with another layer of provolone, then cover the pan with a lid and cook until melted, 1 minute. Use a spatula to turn the uncoated side to cover. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients for the second omelet.
Finely ready to dish eat like every day on the weekends.
